INTERNATIONAL COMMITTEE FOR THE REELECTION OF EVO MORALES AYMA (CIREMA)

February 21 is a very important date for the process of change in Bolivia. That day the Bolivian people will decide if it supportsa partial reform of the Political Constitution of the State that allows the reelection of the current president, Evo Morales Ayma.

The Bolivian opposition is backing the NO in the referendum claiming that it is not democratic to allow Evo to be present for a reelection.
To confront this position an international group of intellectuals, artists and personalities of the political, economic and social sphere claims that the Bolivian people are truly democratic and are free to chose, in sovereignty, its political and economic model. Of course, he is the person they want for the Presidency.

In this manner the undersigned formed the international Committee for the Reelection of Evo Morales Ayma (CIREMA) as a commitment with the social majority that boosted the process of change in Bolivia; but also of the Latin American and Caribbean social majorities who set in march a change of era. In spite of the turbulence it has brought about levels of redistribution of wealth and recovery of sovereignty unprecedented in the history of Our America.

From CIREMA we call on the Bolivian people to support the YES in the referendum of February 21. Yes to sovereignty, Yes to social justice.Yes to reelection of Evo Morales Ayma.

We invite all persons of good will to support this call and spread it to all the media it has at its disposal.
