Sixteen years of a tireless struggle has borne fruit, the voice of the peoples has been heard and the words of Fidel Castro were fulfilled. They are back! Gerardo, Tony and Ramón arrived in Cuba soil as part of the 5 anti terrorist heroes. From its founding the Network in Defense of Humanity the international shouted demanding the release of these comrades, defenders of Cuban sovereignty and life of its people. At this time we join the celebration all around the world and especially Cuba embraces Antonio Guerrero, Gerardo Hernández, Ramón Labadiño, René González y Fernando González.
We recognize the effort and advance achieved with this step as well as the sincere intention of re-establishing relations between the United States and Cuba but insist on the need to continue joining our voices to end the criminal blockade the country of the North against the red star of the Caribbean. At the same time we recognize the wrong character of that imperial policy that is a demonstration of actions taken now against Venezuela and will be destined to failure.
