Isn't that special! Cuba with no FREE elections and with ONE FAMILY ruling the island for 50 years is rewarded with a chance to rejoin the OAS. So what, it's still a dictatorship no matter how you try to spin it, all the concessions trying to be made, all those who are licking their chops ready to do business with Cuber, and those who believe everyone else needs to change except Cuber. It all comes down to that Cuba still has a DICTATORSHIP, NO FREEDOM, and that is just wrong!!!
