Why is Yoani Sánchez going to Washington?

Last September 9 Barbara Bodine, director of the Institute of Studies of Diplomacy in the University of Georgetown in Washington, informed that the Cuban blogger Yoani Sánchez will continue in here studies in the current course as a fellow of that Yahoo communicational giant.

As a fellow with an assignation of 60 thousand dollars that are added to the large amounts received by Sánchez in the past years have been received in the form of awards and other incomes. These include a monthly salary of 2000 Euros as correspondent of the El Pais newspaper in Cuba and that receives as vice president of the inter American Society of the Press, sworn enemy as well as the Madrid daily of the popular governments of Latin America and the Caribbean, servile individual of the policies of increasing intervention designed by Washington in our region and the world.

Georgetown University is one of the most important centers of training persons to serve U.S. imperialism. In its board of direction are executives of giant corporations that plunder the peoples; one is Carlyle Group and the investment bank Goldman Sachs.

Noteworthy among its graduates is former president of the United States, William Clinton who has the main driver of neo liberal policies on a worldwide scale and precursor of the current style of Yankee wars of aggression. Also among the graduates is the ultra neo liberal Jose Manuel Durao Barroso responsible for millions from his post as the president of the European Commission.

Its teaching staff includes the genocide Henry Kissinger and the wretched Madeline Albright, both former State Secretaries of the United States; the former CIA director George Tenet and Carol Lancaster, former associate director of Usaid (branch of the CIA). Another professor in Georgetown is the indescribable José María Aznar.

The subject is why the CIA takes her from Cuba. The Yankee institution of subversion and espionage had place giant hopes in the services that she could offer in Cuba as a substitute of previous generational agents, discredited to the citizens as a fifth column paid by the United States and its internal riffs fighting form the money that comes from abroad that has scandalized even the United States operators.

That is why the Yankee central intelligence invested large resources to build, internationally, the image of the blogger dissident strongly argued in the mentioned article of this diary. The University of Florida has opened the Vaclav Havel chair to train in subjects of transitions and 17 young persons are going studies of human rights as fellow in Miami Dade College. Three decided not to return to Cuba. A bad start.

Useless Sánchez inside Cuba is the only left to the CIA but use her as a spokeswoman of the foreign counter revolution and mainly in Washington at a time that the empire is becoming increasingly more aggressive.
