The Reality of Black Political Prisoners in Cuba
These are photos of the house of Jorge Luis Perez Antunez's sister in the town of Placetas in the province of Villa Clara, Cuba. Her brother is a political prisoner now on hunger strike because he is very concerned that his sister, Caridad, suffering from mental retardation, may die along with her 9 year old daughter inside their house as it is on the verge of collapsing. Perez Antunez is one of the many black political prisoners in Castro's inhumane gulag system designed by Che Guevara. During his 18 years as a political prisoner he has participated in other hunger strikes in behalf of his and his fellow political prisoners' freedom.
Where are Harry Belafonte, Danny Glover, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Randal Robinson, Naomi Campbell, Charles Rangel, Transafrica and the Congressional Black Caucus when blacks are opressed and discriminates by a brutal communist regime?
These clandestine photos were sent from Havana by the former political prisoner Martha Beatriz Roque Cabello and distributed by Maria Luisa Morales ([email protected]).
