Personality is the sum of Temperament and character which social actions forge on the beings. There are no in born psychological features that define and distinguish human groups. The identity of a social group is what the psychologists define as Basic Personality: the sum of a group of needs, beliefs, values, attitudes, motivations, conducts imbued by collective action, shared with the majority of its individuals that sets it apart from other human groups.

Thus, identity is also a cultural issue. Without culture there is no identity. We are largely the heritage of signs that our group transmits to us and that is a mixture of our manner of being. But identity is also a political issue. We accept becoming part of a collective group with whom we share a sense of belonging. But
Machiavelli warns that the task of a Prince who conquers states with different religions, languages and customs so difficult from its other possessions that should allow us to maintain those features and limit
himself to charge tributes. He is the author to whom the saying of“divide and conquer” is attributed because a State is more vulnerable than the irreconcilable counter beliefs of customs, languages and different beliefs. We can add “integrate and remain”, the sense that the task of a statesperson manifests and stimulates that which a bonds a collective instead of what it disintegrates it.
REVOLUTIONARY CULTURE

Culture is the sum of human creations. These boost productive forces, devise relations of production and construct ideological super structures maintaining stability of a certain manner of production.
But within, there are new innovative productive forces that set up a new one establishing original relations of production, produce incredible super structures that destroy the old ones. There is no revolution without revolutionary culture. In all eras the universe of science, law, philosophical, esthetical are sensitive expressions of a struggling dying paradigm in which another is reborn. All revolutions dump on the world an unaccountable number of subjects, forms and new styles. The Soviet, to mention only one, created constructivism, abstractionism, the language of films, architecture and modern music. Let us image the culture of a Kingdom of Liberty.Cultural hegemony

Hegemony is the power to determine conducts in addition to persuasion and the consensus than by repression. All Revolution is daughter of a newborn cultural hegemony. Rational though according to Montesquieu, Voltaire and Rousseau over the old clericalism of feudalism to lead to the Bourgeois Revolution. Marx and Engels led the way almost a century of planetary predominance of socialisms. In Venezuela, during the sixties, seventies and eighties, the Cultural Left exerted an almost absolute hegemony in poetry, narrative, fine arts, theater, revolutionary filmography, protest songs, critical essays, materialistic interpretation of History and management of provocation.

Under this cultural hegemony operates the rise of the masses of the sixties and armed struggle with which it defends itself. Almost all important cultural manifestation is created under a revolutionary sign; no great work summarized or legitimizes the ideal of reaction.

Insurrection is destroyed militarily and politically, the popular outburst of Meridazo and Caracazo and serves as a framework for the military rebellion of 1992 and the construction of Bolivrianism. In culture, one of the most decisive has a left wing hegemony that can say it all.
