How is this project unique? Because most non Cubans are unaware of Cuba's prisoners of conscience, Oscar's Cuba will seek as its primary audience those outside the Cuban community. Through the story and message of Dr. Oscar Biscet, Oscar's Cuba will thus join all people of good will in solidarity to work to free Cuba's prisoners of conscience. The support of the Cuban-American community is very important in accomplishing our goals.
